The office space is under a long-term lease to the law firm of Verrill & Dana (V&D) and is located on the top floors with beautiful views of the Portland Harbor. The remaining condominiums are owned by BCIA and are occupied predominately by BankNorth.

This project has 30 mixed-income apartments and 2,600 sq feet of street-level retail space. The site was a large surface parking lot on Exeter's main retail and commercial street where buildings have traditionally stood. The building opened in 2007.
