One Portland Square is a 10-story, 173,547 square foot masonry Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Portland.  The building was acquired by a group led by Monks O'Neil in 2003. The building includes office space and condominiums.  The office space is under a long-term lease to the law firm of Verrill & Dana (V&D) and is located on the top floors with beautiful views of the Portland Harbor. The remaining condominiums are owned by BCIA and are occupied predominately by BankNorth. 

550 Forest Avenue, Portland, ME

Better known as the Sanborn Building, this multi-tenanted, two story, professional office building is located on the corner of Forest Avenue and Belmont Street in Portland.  The property was acquired and expanded by Monks O'Neil in 1999 in response to a request for proposals from the  General Services Administration for a new home of the Social Security Administration.

Located in Brunswick, Riverside Estates is home to 48 residential units.  It was acquired by Monks O'Neil in 1995.

Six Post Road, Portsmouth, NH

Six Post Road in Portsmouth, NH is home to Erie Scientific.  This 44,650 sq ft building was acquired by Monks O'Neil in 2002.

Georgian Court, Kansas City, MO

The Squamscott Block
130 Water Street, Exeter, NH

This project has 30 mixed-income apartments and 2,600 sq feet of street-level retail space.  The site was a large surface parking lot on Exeter's main retail and commercial street where buildings have traditionally stood.  The building opened in 2007.
